Elevate with S.t.R.E.T.C.H. & MEDIt.ATION

This gentle S.t.R.E.T.C.H. class will include breath work, postures and meditation with a focus on stress reduction. We blend in flexibility, balance, physical endurance, muscle toning to awaken the body. While inviting mindful awareness through body and breath we develop more compassion for ourself and others. It will benefit beginners and advanced practitioners.

This class blends dynamic S.t.R.E.T.C.H. practice with energizing music, interactive games, and imaginative visualizations designed to captivate young minds. Kids will build strength, flexibility, and coordination while exploring creative movements and calming exercises that support their physical development and emotional well-being. With a focus on self-regulation and confidence-building, this class provides a playful yet meaningful experience that encourages children to connect with their bodies and minds in a joyful and supportive environment.

Whether you are new to MEDIt.ATION, have experienced and found it difficult, or have an ongoing meditation practice, this class is for you. Each student will learn the basics to meditation, tips and tricks on how to calm the mind, and be guided through a practice of meditation focusing on the breath and our senses.
